We are developing an image campaign for the Hamburg Youth Employment Agency aimed at young people starting their careers. The goal is to provide guidance, highlight opportunities, and position counseling as a real opportunity rather than an obligation.
The core of the campaign is the central theme #jobgoals. We develop the entire look and feel of the campaign—modern, direct, and close to the target group. To this end, we design social media posts and moving image ads with a clear message focus.
A custom sticker set and various digital and print products extend the campaign across channels. This turns information into real motivation—and advice into the next step forward.
